By accessing the Service, browsing the website, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

2. Product Use and Care — IMPORTANT

Read this section carefully before purchasing or using any Saint Chrono product.

  • High-Quality Craftsmanship: Our timepieces are crafted with precision and premium materials. However, they are mechanical and aesthetic objects that require proper care and maintenance.

  • Water Resistance: While our timepieces are designed for everyday durability (splash-proof), we do not guarantee specific levels of water resistance for swimming, diving, or extreme conditions unless explicitly stated in the product description. Water damage due to improper use is not covered by any implied warranty.

  • Modifications: Any unauthorized modifications, resizing by uncertified professionals, or tampering with the internal movement will immediately void any eligibility for returns or support.

  • You assume full responsibility for your use and care of our products. You agree that Development Player League Inc shall not be liable for any damage to the product or personal property resulting from improper use, impact, or negligence.

3. Products and Pricing

3.1 Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, slight variations in color, finishing, or packaging may occur due to your monitor's display settings or manufacturing updates, and we do not warrant that all information is completely error-free.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may be dynamically converted to your local currency for your convenience. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed.

3.3 Taxes and Customs

Sales tax will be calculated and added to your order based on your shipping address and applicable law. For international shipments (including the UK and EU), the customer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPMENT PLAYER LEAGUE INC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Development Player League Inc and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of any product, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at sac@saintchrono.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to reach a resolution within 30 days.

12.2 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by law.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute will be brought on an individual basis only and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims.

12.4 Exceptions

Either party may bring a claim in small claims court or seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 12, any court proceedings shall take place exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Development Player League Inc regarding the Service.
